ORDERING
We are a small-scale grower; our quantities are limited. If there is a limit on a certain variety, please adhere to 1 tuber per person per household or your entire order will be canceled.
Tuber sales are first come, first served. Adding a tuber to your cart does not guarantee that the product is reserved. Your order is not complete until you check out and receive a confirmation email.
Each listing is for ONE individual tuber.
TUBER GUARENTEE
All tubers are grown at our farm; we do not sell imports.
Tubers come in many shapes and sizes; please note that sometimes they are not pretty. Please do not purchase from us if you do not ugly tubers.
We guarantee that your dahlia tubers are true to variety and will have at least one eye. Please note that occasionally a sprout will pop off during shipping, do not be alarmed as this does not harm the tuber.
We use sanitary practices, cull when necessary, and inspect every tuber before they are shipped to our customers.
Studies show that 87% of dahlia plants are believed to carry at least one virus; therefore, we cannot guarantee totally virus-free tubers.
SHIPPING
Orders will begin shipping mid-March, starting with the warmer regions. We will send you an email notification with tracking information once your package is shipped.
All orders will be shipped via UPSP Priority Mail with tracking and up to $100 insurance within the contiguous United States.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues. If you have any issues with shipment, please contact the carrier.
CANCELLATION
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or canceled.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please inspect your tubers upon arrival. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the tubers or if there is a packaging error, please notify us via email at TLBloomsLLC@gmail.com within 72 hours of when USPS reported the package as delivered. Photos are required.
No refunds will be issued if tuber photos are posted on social media prior to contacting us directly to solve any issues or concerns.
We are not responsible nor do we refund for damaged caused by weather, rot after planting, viruses, pests, poor growing conditions, negligence, or plant performance.
In the rare instance that we would have an unexpected storage issue, we may have to cancel an order after it has been placed. If this happens, we will send you a notification email and a refund of the purchase price of the tuber that is no longer available. No replacement or substitution will be offered. If you ordered other varieties, they will ship as expected with no shipping discount will be given.
